Walked in at 11:30 tonight with 4 other people and the restaurant was packed with people watching the NCAA tournament, waited about 5 minutes and the hostess came up to tell us they close at midnight and are no longer serving. For one, no hours are posted on the door except that you open at 11 am. Second, we are here 30 minutes before you close and you are refusing to seat me when the restaurant is still full of people watching the IU game and eating. We've been wanting to visit Scotty's Brewhouse for a while and tonight we decided to check out the Southport Rd location. The first thing my kids noticed after walking in was a crane game. They love seeing me feed those crane games hoping for a big win! The menu had plenty of delicious food to choose from and we were all satisfied with our meals. The chili is top notch! Our server, Chris was excellent! We will surely be back! Thanks for making our first visit fantastic!
Tried the Buffalo chicken dip at servers suggestion Awesome! Also, brought me chicken feathers with no bread also with help of our server, he was great. And had the sound turned up on the Pacer/Cav game!
It was the slowest service ever!! Messed up at least 3 of our orders. Our waitress was absolutely clueless about everything
Such terrible service. The hostess had quite an "I don't give a crap" attitude and did not communicate that she sat our table so we weren't greeted by our server for almost twenty minutes. It's now taking over twenty five minutes for our food and we're just sitting here completely neglected by our server. Drinks are empty and he has only been back one time. It's not even that busy right now and there are plenty of staff members here. Won't be back.
