Scott and white hospital in temple,tx is okay, but the Scott and white hospital in round rock, tx Sucks, they are the main reason why my wife isn't here with me today. My wife and I had Scott and white hospital insurance for years an it didn't even pay all of the hospital bill. But that is besides the point. They failed to treat her and discover she had broken her hip in three places
Unfortunately, their billing department has ruined my positive experience with them. The doctors and nurses I have seen were great, BUT unless you have 6 months+ to sit on the phone and do their billing department's job for them, I would recommend going somewhere else.
This hospital refuses patients oxygen when they clearly need it and are so unprofessional in the neurology 5A department. Worst experience I've ever witnessed.
I want to give a big shout of 2 all the nurse for doing a wonderful job on me yesterday, 4 all the help, understanding and doing the best 2 make me feel comfortable as best they could yesterday. They were all so awesome.
Just hard to understand the lack of communication and knowledge some of the staff has.
My mother's case work it the most uncaring person.
We were absolutely terrified when our son was admitted to the NICU the day after he was born. The staff in the NICU were absolutely amazing. Kristie was an amazing nurse. She answered all our questions and was great about keeping us informed. The doctor even set up my son's pediatricians appointment personally calling the other doctor to make sure he got in within the timeframe. Thank you NICU staff!
I am about to have my third surgery in 11 months. Not only do I receive great care, I have not had not one set back. Ortho department is out standing! Primary care physician is out standing. And the financial department helped me with all three surgeries copay. Thank you Scott and White!!
Absolutely the worst hospital I have ever been to. They will leave you lay for hours, I will never come back ever. If you are ranked in the top ten I hate to see what is in the bottom 10.
