Very nice hospital to visit and professional. ER staff was helpful but need more staffing. We were in the ER area for 6 hours, family members was seen by the doctors only 3 times. Chairs need to be more comfortable for these long time periods. Once patient had gotten to her room the staff on 4th floor of the South tower, they were very good. We Love Dr. Applegate, she was very professional and very receptive towards the patient, and explain everything that helps in step by step explanations.
Scott and White hospital has always treated me with the utmost respect and the most professional care. Twice I was admitted and could have died. You found the problem and fixed me. Just like Sunday night , 11/6/2016. Thank you for being there and saving my life! Lord bless you all.
