This hospital was my go to but after Baylor took over it went to shit. The Drs started treating me like shit and I had to switch my care to seton. It breaks my heart because they took great care of me but Baylor ruined them and there's no way to fix it unless Baylor loosens their grasp from Scott and White.

When the staff tells a doctor, either at the hospital or a clinic they have tried to call a patient several times it would be nice if it was true. There's the new thing called Caller ID. So when my wife was the doctor's office tried calling several times regarding a prescription we knew that was not the truth. Glad I go to the VA.

My 87 year old mom had a massive stroke Monday afternoon. Thanks to the quick actions of Killeen Fire Department and EMS we got to the ER in time for the Stroke team to turn her around. When we arrived in Temple she couldn't speak, turn her head or move the right side of her body. We came home on Friday with just a bit of weakness and some speech delay! on july rhe 7th,2016...a woman pulled out in front me & my motorcycle, causing me to wreck & break my leg...Coryell Memorial EMS rushed me 2 S&W...because i wasn't wearing a helmet & i was ejected from the motorcycle, i was taken 2 the trauma er...i want 2 thank thank them 4 their quick service...also, during my stay in the north towers, i was well taken care of, from the dr.s, the food service & housekeeping...the nurses were great, cherry & hacey...julieann, who had 2 put up with me the most, u are an example of what a car... read more

Came to the emergency room on a Tuesday night at approximately 2:15am, complaining of an asthma attack, shortness of breath. All the usual symptoms of hypoxia were there. I sat in the waiting for 2 hours and 10 minutes...with only being seen once to get chest x-rays....chest x-rays...I fail to see where a chest x-ray would have helped my breathing and improve my condition whatsoever. This place is a sad sad sad joke. Big hospital for shit care. I will not go again and I will pass the word along.

You have a employee Brad Arnold who works moving beds around. A couple nights ago he made an inappropriate comment to me when I was going to see my mom on NT5, he was moving a bed on the floor and asked me if I wanted to get on and he would take me for a ride to a empty room. It was highly sexual and rude and I would like it to be fixed. I'm scared to even visit now.

Great doctor Christopher birtholz and his team did a wonderful job walk me n my family though the step to let us know the surgery time n was always there checking in on me n making dure i was okay this was my first surgery and God blessed the hands of great doctors that help me. Thanks you God n thanking the staff at scott n white

I find it extemely sad when you are told to be there for surgery at 10:15AM and still waiting. Time has been changed 3 times. 4:00 time has now been moved to 7:30.
