RecommendedWhile waiting for my husband, I went to the cafeteria. I got ready to leave and couldn't find the trash. The cashier who directed me was extremely rude. I couldn't see the trash from the booth I was sitting at. I don't appreciate her comment that it was against the wall under the big sign that says, trash. I even went back to the booth to see why I missed it...the line of sight was blocked by a column. She came across as triumphant by my confusion. I won't go back.
I had a relative go here with Covid symptoms and a temp of 102. They took her temp and they said it was 98.7, did not swab her for flu or Covid. Sent her home with Benedryl and Tylenol. My relative went to her PCP the next day and tested positive! Let me add she lives 30 mins away from any hospital and also had to drive an hour to her PCP. I’m so furious with this hospital for sending her home and not even caring enough to swab her for anything! Had something more serious had happened I’d be raising hell. I’ve sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours without even being seen by a nurse or doctor. Not 1 patient has walked through the door for an emergency.
