RecommendedI was admitted 6/24/2020 and was there for 4 days. Best care ever on floor 8 (liver). The nurses where the best (Chad, Lovely, Brittany and nurse tech Misty). And the doctors were great as well. Er dr and nurse, liver doctors (Dr Gautam and Dr Fernandez), and cardiologist Dr Mo. Was back in August for surgery with Dr Fernandez and was there for 2 days. I’ll be back every 3 months for a year. Thank you BASM for everything.
We were in Temple for a softball tournament and my daughter broke her thumb. WE WERE HERE FOR 6 HOURS!!! For a broken thumb. The ER doctor argued when I asked them to poke a hole in her nail in the very beginning then later after letting her sit in pain for 2.5 hours they did it at direction of the supervising doctor. She finally got some relief. We waiting over an hour for them to say our X-Rays we’re back and someone would be in briefly. Then after that is was another 1.5 hours before anyone showed up. They make it totally impossible for me to see my wife in the ER.
