I am so disappointed in What Scott and White has become. Some 15 years ago I had breast cancer treatment and would have considered my care very good and a very caring staff. Let’s jump forward to now. I was diagnosed with lung cancer, while on the table to get my biopsy I was told if I don’t make my co-payment I will not receive care. I have set up payment plans and tried to make the hospital aware that I will have MANY co-pays during this treatment and have no way of making them all. This is a horrible hospital that has major patient neglect and refuses to put the patient first and give the best care.

Medical neglect at its finest & this isn’t the first time either . Not sure why a hospital wouldn’t want to help someone get better when that is the purpose of the place . Absolutely disgusted - hope none of the staff’s family is ever in a life or death situation & has to rely on people who just don’t give a crap . This is what is wrong with the world . Where are people that care & have a heart ?
