I’d like to thank all the amazing nurses over this past week who have been so accommodating to myself and my husband by allowing us to talk to our loved one who was a patient. We live overseas and everytime my husband called to speak to his grandmother, all of the nurses obliged and took a phone to her room. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, even when you were busy you still made time so he could talk to her, we will forever be grateful

I had an appointment this morning. I was late because at the door, I was told I had to wear a face mask despite the fact I was already wearing a face shield. I informed the security person I can’t for 2 (two) reasons: I have asthma and having a mask like that on my face does make it even harder for me to breathe; the face masks y’all provide are around-the-ear loops which the moment I put it on, pushes and pops my hearing aids out. The cardiac icu team was exceptional. the stc 4th floor needs improving. after my mother nearly died, spent a week in icu, received a pace maker she was stable enough and sent to the 4th floor. 6am a nurse goes to flush the feeding tube and pushes the syringe so fast water cane out of my mothers nose and mouth soaking the bed. my mother said she was terrified and felt like she was drowning. the nurse removed the feeding tube. speech pathologist was scheduled for 130pm for a swallow test. they never showed up, didn’t answer t... read more

Beware of this hospital. Their billing department is horrible. They will refuse to send documents to your insurance company that they have and the company requires and tell you it’s your responsibility. They will refuse to contact the insurance company to see if the insurance company is processing the claim after you have done their job for them. They will send bills that they gave not sent to you or notified you of to collections. I have spent hours over months dealing with their billing department and management service n ... read more

Though they may have their good moments I have not had good experiences with them. From billing issues to incorrect medical records to malpractice, they no longer will be getting my family as patients if I can help it and no clinics nor hospitals associated with them either. I refuse to allow them as a whole to cause so much stress to others especially when they jobs are to benefit those in need.

On Monday my baby girl made her arrival but instead of being filled with joy, I was filled with hurt and pain. I never post my life on Facebook but I just need to get this off my chest. While administering my epidural I felt pain, not pressure PAIN. After 3 times of letting this be known to the anesthesiologists they administered more numbing medicine. The day and night shift nursing staff and phlebotomists deserve purple hearts for dealing with me as a cranky, sleep deprived and in pain post-op patient. I’m grouchy, tired, and in pain, and my husband was barred from being with me by a Temple Police Officer, but the post-op care team guided me through it with the grace he completely lacked.
