RecommendedI had came into S&W on 05/19/2020 the early morning on Tuesday with excruciating pain in my chest. I only had to wait 10-20 minutes and I was in a Room in the ER. Well come to find out , I had a heart attack. The Nurses and doctors from the ER and on the 4th floor (ST43) and the team that put two stents in and anyone that had anything to help me and my wife go through this. I'm a former Type 2 diabetic, so any kind of foot injury is A Big Deal. Recently I broke my ankle in 2 places. 1 fracture was a displaced oblique break on my fibula, and the other fracture was a very, very bad/complicated pilon fracture of my tibia, intersecting the cartilage of my ankle. Awful. I have been dealing with the business office for 6 months regarding a charge that was misapplied to my son's account. The office appears to be disorganized and chaotic every time I have called. Additionally, we continue to get the run around from every staff member we speak to with no real resolution. I even filled out the form that they will link in their reply to this review with no resolve. The doctors are great, the back-end however, needs an overhaul.
RecommendedAll doctors and nurses have been extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and provided excellent care for my 86 year old mom who suffers from type 2 diabetes, pulmonary fibrosis, stage 4 kidney failure, chronic heart failure, sleep apnea and obesity. Her 2, week long hospital stays, found her with a genuine, caring group of individuals. ❤️
Recommendedi recommend going to this go hospital because I get all my health care there so I can be okay.
