If you are ever in Temple, Texas and need an emergency room, DO NOT go to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple. Although check-in, triage, and initial contact with nurses and doctor were great, it has gone down hill from there. We have not seen the doctor in over two hours. The nurses are less than concerned that my son is in pain. We have pressed the call button, only to have it disconnected without asking what we needed THREE TIMES.
