You could improve by listening to patients, stop sending them home in unstable condition, stop lying to patients, send and advocate when one is asked for instead of ignoring. My son is once again being released in unstable condition. A few weeks ago you released him with a hole in his colon with doctors saying it would be a waste of time to do a colonoscopy even though he had been passing blood for 2 weeks. RecommendedFrom the time my husband arrived on June 14th until he was discharged on June 28th the Doctors and Nurses on the STC3 floor were amazing in the care and attention they show. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. The Doctors that performed the surgery on my husband came in the day before to make sure we understood the procedure and every morning afterwards to check on his pregress. The medical staff were very nice and friendly they treated us like family.
waiting time at ER is too long . 4 hours and still not seen. you guys can do better.

There needs to be a second hospital built in this area, they wait time is ridiculous, miss kings daughter at least then you had an option now it’s here all day or night,
