RecommendedThe staff is truly pleasant and go out of their way to make a not so good experience the most comfortable it can be. Every nurse I’ve had has been so kind and sweet. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and thorough when discussing treatments. I would recommend this hospital and would request this hospital over being taken to any other in the area.
RecommendedAlthough there are some elements that can use a lot of improvement . They revolve around the 4th floor. The nurse was filthy, she left trash all around my bed and the floor. She did not attend to my needs as I was left in pain. I felt very unsafe until my sister arrived.
The residents are very cold and uncaring. If u r not young, they act like u serve no purpose. Do they not realize with age comes wisdom and knowledge?
Because my husband just got out and they are telling him he can't sleep in the lobby area while we wait for a ride to come get us
What an incredibly unprofessional group. My elderly mother fell in early January. After a few stints in the hospital, we have now been waiting for the "Pain Clinic" in Temple, TX to call her since January 28th. First we waited for the call, because that is what we were instructed to do. Next, I called the clinic but was told the person I needed to speak with (Heather) was busy but that she would call me back. RecommendedThe best place as a Medical Center. The personnel and services is beyond expectations. Very well prepared in pretty much in all areas ( The Nurses , Doctors , everyone was making us feeling blessed. )
