RecommendedAlways first class in service!
Once again unfortunately I am here at this hospital. This time with my 103 year old grandmother. The lack of care or concern from 90% of the staff and nurses is outrageous. The level of communication within this hospital is absolutely zero. There is a very good chance these are the last few days she has and it’s sad if any of the staff would give their own grandmother the care they are giving mine. But they probably would.

They don’t care about their patients family, the RV park is ridiculous priced. My husband has to be here two weeks. An the price per night r month is outrageous for reg people
RecommendedWonderful medical staff. Their expertise saved my husband's life. The cardio thoracic team and surgeons are awesome. this hospital is a level 2 trauma center. my husband was at Baylor S&W in Marble Falls at first, then transported to Temple hospital. They were able to treat him there better. my husband had a lot of different things going on. the major issue was an aortic aneurysm! he was in a great deal of pain and distress. I am grateful to them and our good Lord.
I have to say this has not been a great experience here for Heather. Her surgeon was amazing but the aftercare not so much. After surgery, she had to wait almost two and a half hours after she got in her room for pain medicine because the resident on call forgot to put it in. On average it’s been about forty five minutes for someone to come in when she asks for assistance or pain meds, which also puts her off of her med schedule. RecommendedScott and White in Temple is the best. They have the friendliest doctors and staff!! They have always done a fantastic job caring for our foster children. They did an excellent jobs getting me back on my feet after coming down with phenomena and then being diagnosed with heart failure. Great people!!!!
RecommendedMy travels from Waco to Temple for a procedure. This facility uh s very accommodating, professional, n the Entire Staff are so funny, nice, n gentle.
