Great Listener. Answered all my Qs (and I had a lot!!). Explained things very well: even showed me how and where on her MRI. Loved him! Then at the end of the interview he turned to my daughter (patient) and asked HER if she had any questions. Made me feel very comfortable and informed.

Dr. Arthur is great. I am 60 and saw him for a possible torn meniscus. We discussed all options. I appreciate his conservative approach. While the cortisone shot did not work, I appreciate that his first impulse was not surgery. At that point there were two options. We discussed pros and cons at length. Having surgery Tuesday and am super confident about his abilities. His PA is super. His nurses are great as is the rest of his staff. For those complaining about the cost.....you are dead wrong.

Dr Arthur is AMAZING!! I have struggled with an injured ankle for at least 9 months, and he has always taken great care of me. He has great bedside manner and truly listens to the patient and really cares. He wanted surgery to be the last resort which I really really appreciated. We tried physical therapy first, which did not work in the end, so he did need to operate on my ankle. He got me right in and surgery went perfectly and I am on my way to recovery! I am so incredibly thankful for Him!!

I had to wait on hold over 30 min for an appt with Dr.Arthur. He spent less then 5 minutes with my daughter & seemed to dismiss the pain she was experiencing. He didn't perform an exam or even try to understand the source of her pain. All he said was rest it & go for P.T. He made it obv that he didn't take her seriously since she doesn't play softball, soccer, etc.. cheerleaders, gymnasts, and dancers are athletes also and deserve the same time, and care.

Dr Arthur's nurses tend to be rude and more interested in their smartphones than patient care. The handicapped bath in the waiting area is missing the latch. The bathroom tends to be dirty. If I could give no stars I would. The wait time is usually over an hour.
