Not sure how to rate him. My husband had ACL-MCL repair from him and it was cut too short and now he can't fully bend his leg...he also told my teenage daughter that she didn't need to have her UCL & flexors repaired as it's not necessary. PT was the 'answer'. He looked at TWO MRI pictures, didn't read the radiologist report and sent us on our way. As a mom, I didn't have the warm & fuzzies about this and ended up seeking a second opinion of a doc who works with the Titans. He said that the MRI was 'ugly' and that he would h... read more
I am a police officer and visited the Bone & Joint institute in Franklin, TN.I have utilized them in the past for a knee replacement and for a back injury due to an officer involved shooting & I had a wonderful & professional experience with their team. I had a faster recovery time than any other clinics recommended recovery time, by months!I recently injured my rotator cup & had to choose a specialist to treat it. I opted to choose the Doctor who had the quickest appointment availability & fortunately, there was a cancelati... read more
from check in to check out the whole team went the extra mile without thinking it was something special. They seem to treat everybody that way. Very good camaraderie, atmosphere, would’ve been and patient-centered care. The physician was extremely thoughtful and looked at the big picture. Radiology and nursing staff were very good at “doing unto others as you would have done unto you“. Great experience.
Through, very easy to talk with.
Friendly and efficient.
It is always a pleasure seeing Dr. Arthur and his staff. He did my ACL surgery in 2017 and I recently saw him for my shoulder. He is efficient, professional and genuinely cares for his patients wellbeing.
I have been a patient of Dr. Arthur for more than 10 years. He treats my knee pain, performed surgery, and replaced my knee. My experience has been completely positive with Dr. Arthur and his staff. I never feel rushed. He will always take the time to answer my questions and explain options and procedures. He listens to my concerns and is nothing but encouraging. He also treats my elderly parents and they think highly of him as well.
I went in with specific pain in my shoulder that radiated In my elbow and hand. My hand felt like it was on fire. After a couple Xrays and him moving my arm around he gave me an injection in my wrist and tried to sign me up for Carpal Tunnel PT. I asked about my shower and elbow pain and he said he couldn’t treat those too. He told the lady in the room she would see me the next time. His whole attitude seemed like he didn’t care and was very dismissive. I had to go to a different practice because the pain in my shoulder was ... read more
Just before my surgery, Dr. Arthur came in to check on me. He told me that they were going to take really good care of me. I believed him then and it actually did happen. It’s great to have physical therapy and your doctor all in the same location. Everyone obviously cares for their patients. Bone and Joint professionals are very competent.
