REPLACED BOTH MY KNEES A TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE DOCTOR KNOWS HIS STUFF GREAT JOB HAVE TOLD EVERYBODY TO GO TO HIM I WOULD NOT CONSIDER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. I RATE HIM A 5 STAR
This guy is a class act. Straight forward but not brutal. As a similar type, he was a great Dr. Causious but not pushy. He takes verbal notes as he is working which I like. You get to "see" what he sees as you get exam.
Love the doctor but wait time has to be fixed. They need to get his schedule down. The last two times I have seen him I waited in the exam room not the waiting room for more than 2 and 40 minutes. Like I said not upset at the doctor but it’s the staff that is booking way too many people at the same time. It’s unfair to the patients
Doctor and staff were all helpful, thorough, and friendly. The facility is new and clean. Most impressive - we were seen at our actual appointment time!

Dr Arthur was excellent in explaining my treatment and surgical options.He patiently answered my questions before and after surgery. Later when further intervention was required he provided rationale. He has always been personable and enthusiastic. I would recommend him without hesitation.
