Dr. Arthur is a RELATABLE Physician. He listens; does not speak to you as ‘beneath’ him…and provides a thorough exam. And does fine remedial work on the shoulder complex…(at least mine)! I expect him to do the same on my opposite side.
Very efficient appointment. I never had to wait. Dr. Arthur answered my questions and came up with a plan for my issue.
