Jose helped me on getting the best deal out there for a Challenger R/T. I have been to 5 other dealerships and they did not give the customer service SC CAR ZONE and Jose gave me. I highly recommend them
Run away from this dealer. Hack job sales. They buy from auction and resell. I contacted them for some Jeep’s. When I drove from San Diego to Costa Mesa all the models I was looking at were sold. Plus the price they advertise isn’t real. They wanted 9k over advertised price. Said it was in the deals notes. So dirty and dishonest. Disgusted by these people. They should be shut down.
would not give out the door price on the phone. Drove 25 miles find out they tack on an extra $4,000 over and above taxes title and all that other crap. Low price on vehicles is a scam
Was contacted by a sales rep stating that they couldn't give me an out the door price on the vehicle and that I would have to come there to make a deal. I informed them that I am out of state and have made multiple vehicle purchases online and out of state and this is the first time I have encountered this from any dealership. Made an appt to test drive the 2018 jeep, when we got there ,the car is sold, they wasted my precious time
I verified the price over the phone with one of their agents and confirmed that the car had not been sold. I drove 2 hours only to find out that they had the wrong price. They also told me the car was sold but they still advertise the car with the wrong price.
I inquired about two Jeeps regarding the out the door prices. They would not provide that information. They have the lowest prices anywhere and add tires wheels and lift kits to their advertised price. I asked for the price of the Jeep as shown in the photos. Bad business practice in my opinion.
