Buyer beware!!!! The price advertised is not the price when you get there in person. They added $3000.00 for accessories!! They will not remove it either. Really bad business
Do not believe the prices they put on their website. It’s. Big scam. I wanted to buy a car that is $ 11,000 . They added $ 5000 god know what to this car. They asked for 16,000 out of the door. They do not disclose the fees online. If I can give them negative score I would’ve
Overall decent experience as far as car dealers go. But, be prepared to have to negotiate, especially the add ons.
I called to ask about vehicles and was told it was still available. After driving for 2 hours I arrived and was told it was sold two days ago but if I was interested in a different can they where selling. It’s all a scam.
I test drove the car and loved it. I wanted to buy it. I was willing to pay the advertised price. (And of course o knew there would be taxes, reg fees, etc). I was quite surprised when the dealer tacked on another $2,500 to the price. They told me it was for their "accessory fees". I was confused. After pressing.. I learned they were trying to charge me for a GPS tracker they put on so they can track their cars, and for some spray they supposedly put on the upholstery. Called about 2012 Lexus rx350. Made appointment and when I arrived they said the car is not ready to sell. I found it on cargurus for sell. So I had a busy day and this careless company just blew me off. Extremely dissatisfied with there lackluster service.
