Staff was friendly and responsive when I needed assistance about the car.
Although the lady who was helping me was very nice, the car that was listed also had a suprise fee of almost $6000 because it had a lift kit and tires on it.. that is not mentioned once in the price on cargurus or even when i made the appointment to look at it. It was a huge waste of my time because I would have never came there if I knew the price was actually much more. I had a great experience! Elias was extremely helpful! I didn’t get the car I went to see but I left more satisfied than ever with my purchase! This was the 5th car lot I had been to and Elias and his manager actually went to war for me! It was a refreshing experience!
They will hit you with add on "mandatory" charges for tracking devices and "special" coating...what ever the website list price is expect to pay $2k to $2500 above that!!!
Not willing to accept reasonable cash offer. Over priced for condition and mileage of car. Battery at 70 percent or below and vehicle out of battery warranty from manufacturer. Buttons on audio system worn off. One tire was flat and probably has a leak.
I just bought a crysler 300 from her and OMG. Beet deals in town and the salesman are so polite, cool and helpful. If i need another car in the future, I would really go back there. Thanks for all your help Jay!

This review is primarily for the guy who was managing on Saturday night. My Salesperson Jose refused to tell me his name when I asked and would not provide me with a business card. The manager handed me a business card with the name of Mark and told me he was the other manager....He was unbelievably unprofessional in every way.
