If I could give this dealer a negative number review I would. Scamming is what this dealership does best. We picked a car, said we would pay the price advertise and they came back with a price $4000 more because of add ons they did to the car before the car went up for sale. Instead of including those in the price, they wait until after you drive the car and decide this is the car. These are not items that can be removed such as paint sealer. Don't waste your time with these people they will try to lure you in with a reasonable price and then tack on extra costs. In my case the price for the vehicle shown in the pictures went up more than $8000 dollars on a $25,000 listed price. So what they showed for $25,000 they actually were planning to get $33,000 for. So a decent price went to a ridiculous one. The other bad reviews are correct these guys are a waste of time, don't be fooled by what you see in the on-line adds.
Nice sales guy, Bryan. Sales manager completely changed terms of the deal after initial verbal agreement. Stay away from this dealership. Shady sales tactics.
The car was no where near the advertised price! From the original)16,5000 it went to $22,500 and they thought they were kind to bring it down to $21700+ for me!! I got out of there!

It was the worst experience ever i.came.from.norwalk i even messaged to triple check that the car was still available i went he showed me the black car it was a year older the bumpers in the back werent even aligning he claimed it was clean title but check your cars when they return them to.you guys they were tryimg.to.sell me.the older model for an extra 2000.
