Not the greatest at communicating... we wasted time and gas just to get to the dealership and not have this exact car. Because they sold it the day before...
Drove an hour to check out a car and was told the vehicle was not there when I arrived, got home and was emailed the following day that the car was ready to be test driven. I had drove back only to find out the car had been sold the weekend prior. 4 hours down the rabbit hole :)
Terrible experience. I was prioritized very low it seems. No calls returned. No follow ups. Rude employees. The whole nine yards. Horrible place of “business”.

Terrible dealership with extremely dishonest practices. I called to confirm the availability of a vehicle as this dealership is pretty far from where I live. Kait ensured me that the car was still on the lot and available, so I agreed to schedule an appointment to view it 45mins after my call. excellent customer service, Ruby was very helpful
Was lied too about the condition of the vehicle. Purposely mistaken my appointment twice to sell me other vehicle. In a Top down sells strategy. After 2 hours of negotiation an actual advisor comes to finalize and expedite the process to hide charges of unwanted items to boost the charges and have a binding contracts to the items. Items are not in serviceable conditions and was lied to about the repairs. Saying a 3rd party business maintains all operations to ensure trust in products.
