Bad from the start, prices aren't negotiable contradicting of what their representitive stated, they lie to get you in. Vehicles have hidden fees not stated on CarGurus, they write a price to bait you and once there, certain vehicle add-ons already installed on their vehicles are extra. Waste of time.
Terrible. They lost their vehicles $25,000 lower than what they really are selling it for. I Live 2 1/2 hours away from this dealership so I was in contact with Kate and she said that we had a deal to go down there and they can make everything work out. They were $500 over what the “deal” was and said they will not go any lower. We didn’t want any accessories added to the Jeep and they said you have to have at least one and still added $13,000 to the price. Absolutely ridiculous. Service are good easy finance alot of nice car
This dealer was very attentive, I appreciated the extra attention. I just couldn’t bring myself to drive that far down, as three hours in the car was exhausting to imagine
Responded immediately but it wasn’t the car we were looking for.
We agreed to a price by phone. I drove an hour and a half to get there. We I arrived I text drove the car but then had to wait 40 minutes for the sales manager. He then raise the price by 1,100 dollars!!!
Ok avoid this hole as best you can, two times, months apart, called asked if they had a car available, both times we were assured they had the car and were getting it ready for a test drive for us. Both times once we arrived and we're told the car was not available or at a shop being repaired, but both times they said it's ok if the car is not here we can still talk numbers. Really? Dealership replied to emails but refused to answer if the advertised price of the vehicle would be the price i paid, excluding taxes. Leads me to believe other reviews stating this dealer advertises one price and charges another. Was also informed theres a 13% sales tax which doesnt make sense since vehicle sales tax is 7.75%. I do have the emails and will post the screen shots on a google review.
