Bait and switch dealer. I called them 15 minutes before meeting with them to verify the car I was interested in was still available. Send a very good deal. When I showed up for the 2018 SXT in their listing, they showed me 2 other cars that were SE models, not SXT. When I told them it was not the right car, they insisted on trying to sell the 2 SE models, then finally admitted they didn't have the SXT I was interested in and that they sold it 30 minutes ago. There are not enough words to describe good things about this place!! Love all the people that work there. They all go out of their way to make you feel like family. I know its not fake either because my car was $2000 under market value! Definitely one of the greatest car buying experiences I've ever had!
Kinda insane how they price their cars for more than $500 lower than the market AND include perks. I thought there must be a catch, but everything was upfront. Not a honest dealership. Stated a price for a car in their ad then advised that the car is sold but they have another at the same price? Then when pushed they admitted that the car is actually at a much higher cost after other unspecified fees? Would not recogmend this dealership to anyone.
I dealt with Thomas, and he was just wonderful. My total experience was great. He totally understood my needs, and was very companionate. He also didn't mind answering all my silly questions lol. So happy with my drive home with GPS!

Not what you think. Cars have scratches and dents. Plus paying for something they purchase and place on the vehicle.
At first, contact was great and quick. I had arranged to come in to view the vehicle later that day. It was for my mom, so I had her make 20 mile drive to Orange County, on a weekday, at around 5! Once she arrives there with my sister, they were told the car was sold! I get that happens, but it would have been nice to get a call from my contact letting me know the car was no longer available.
