Dealer were engaged and very welcoming.
They were prompt to response & provided information I requested
I was not happy with the overall experience. They took to long to help with the process and they led me to believe car was still available and that the bank with reviewing my information for financing. They stated they were too busy and clients that arrive in person had priority.
