I was very disappointed with our stay here and I hate that I paid so much for a low quality stay. They are more focused on the people in their convention area than the guests. Parking is a nightmare and they charge $25/day for parking. Our bathroom sink was broken and we had to have the police come in the middle of the night for the room next to us. All around bad experience, next time we’ll stay at a smaller place on Bay St. which is more convenient to everything downtown anyways.
Beautiful hotel. My only wish would be that the provided a continental breakfast and WiFi complimentary for their guests.
Lovely rooms, hotel staff are most welcoming and friendly. Clean, modern and stylish. Right on the river front. Easy walking to great shops, food and sights. Wonderful to watch the river traffic as it’s almost touchable from balcony. Issues - can’t get AC in room to cool room down as it appears to be a central system. Can hear through wall if tv in other rooms turned up loudly. Room service staff most friendly.
It's not Hotel Del Coronado, but it's perfectly located for Savannah and the staff is absolutely SUPER ❤️
I really, really wanted to recommend this hotel. The staff was awesome while we were there and the rooms were clean. As soon as we got home, my mom and I realized we left our raincoats in the closet to dry from Friday’s rain. We immediately called the hotel and it was like an act of Congress to get someone to check the closet for the coats. Twenty four hours later (seriously, a five minute trip upstairs took 24 hours), we get a phone call that my mom’s coat had been found but mine hadn’t. Where’s my coat? The first of two rooms! First room was just ok for being clean, other then the toilet being disgusting and after talking to front desk to have it cleaned was still not clean enough when we got back! Asked again and they never came! Very disgusting! Went to the bar and had drinks and dinner,The food was awful if we would’ve known to go to Riverside walk was right there, we would have gone there! Got back to room for the night to sleep and refresh ourselves for the next day..nope we were woken by loud rude and disrespectful pe... read more
