The recent remodel is amazing! Food is excellent and the staff so helpful and accommodating!
We were pre-booked for an author conference. We arrived at noon and requested a room on one of the lower floors. No problem said a very pleasant employee at reception (named Lacressha, not certain of the spelling)and said she had something on the 2nd floor. Before accepting she realized there was a first floor room available. We accepted and she said we would receive a phone call when ready. Great service, the staff is incredible! Can't wait to go back! 5+ stars.
Beautiful hotel and wonderful location. However it was disappointing that we had to pay $25 to park our own car when we could have stayed at another hotel and paid that for valet parking. Wishing they would have had a free breakfast with as much as you pay for a room. In the future we will consider other options for lodging.
