My stay has been wonderful. The room was fantastic as well as the staff. There is so much to do with the river walk and all the shopping, tours and great food. Highly recommend to anyone.
Renovation looks great but they still need to replace hallway way carpets and some air conditioning units. Also add or relocate outlets that were covered up with renovation.

Terrible customer service at the desk. No air in room for 4 days.. they brought me a fan. The only saving grace was Romain (the bellman) and Mrs. Cathy Riggs. These two should have higher positions than the do. Very kind.
Excelente hotel y servicio
Our room was humid and smelled musty from the high humidity in room. The bartenders are not very observant or friendly. I stood and waited by the bar for fifteen minutes before I had to walk over and get their attention. Even though they made eye contact and served three others before I walked over. The Marriott talks about high quality service and experience but this was all but that.
