Excellent hotel and customer service.
My husband booked an executive suite for our anniversary. Upon arrival, we were told that it was not available as those were reserved for platinum members. We were downgraded to a Junior suite with a construction view. I have tried multiple times to get a resolution to this with no reply from management. We spent almost $1000 for 2 nights to watch construction when we were in our room.
