Extremely rude staff. I booked thru Booking.com. They did not list an incidental charges as something that I would have to pay. I had already spoken to Chris who took care of it. When I arrived, Willey checked us in. He was not friendly at all. He did not tell me he was charging my card incdentals at all. When I called the front desk he not only yelled at me, he told me I paid less for the room than I was suppose to anyway. I am so upset. This was suppose to be a fun time for me and my daughter. He has just ruined our stay.
