Stayed on the eighth floor of this hotel June 22-25th, 2019 with my wife and it was one of the best traveling experiences I've ever had. Everyone at the hotel....from the valets/bellhops to the front desk to service staff..... were simply top notch. As great as everyone was, two people stuck out from the rest. Sammy and Alonzo on the 8th floor concierge were absolute superstars and the service and support they provided made the experience that much better. Nice and clean family atmosphere.
Very nice rooms. Lots of room and clean. The only thing that was needed was a refrigerator but we were placed on a list to get one.
We didn’t bring wheelchair for mom as she thought she wouldn’t need it. It was an extremely long walk to our room (bad planning on my part) as we wanted a balcony over the river for mom to enjoy watching the boats. I asked hotel staff if they had a wheelchair we could use. They provided the wheelchair, the bell hops were so kind to ensure her safely to the room while my sister & I parked the car.
