Verified Renter Apartments are a bit overpriced, units are like everywhere else. Can hear a good bit of noise through the walls if you have rowdy neighbors.
Verified Renter Overall I think it's a great place to settle down and live, if you are looking for some where quiet and good office teamwork.
Verified Renter Sardis Place needs to focus on quality of inside apartments; such as sealing things appropriately, doors are latched on correctly, not repainting over old paint in the tubs and etc... the aesthetics are nice but when you really get in there you really see where they cut corners and its upsetting for what we pay. Also, the bugs are ridiculous, I have my apartment sprayed on my own because its too much.

After Owning & living in a private home for over 20 Years. Ive been able to make this place feel like home. Im going to really hate to leave it
