Maintence team is awesome !! I just recently moved into Sardis place and I have not one complaint regarding the staff . The front desk receptionist are always friendly . The maintence team . Mr. Chris in particular is AMAZING. Whenever I have an issue regarding maintenance he is one way to fix my issues lol . If he can’t get it done the same day he’ll keep me posted on what needs to be done and how long it’ll take . With an awesome maintence & staffing team , you can’t go wrong with Sardis Place .

Sardis Apartments are... (Verified Renter) Sardis Apartments are nice and office staff are super nice however the residents are not what I would want to live around. Drugs n parties are not what I am use to and sometimes wished I would have chosen a more upscale community with older n more mature individuals who are hard working n respects their neighbors. I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been living at Sardis for over a year and am completely satisfied. Ive had some maintenance issues, which are normal and they have been resolved. Community employees are very friendly and are always willing to assist you.
