A pest control contractor came into my apartment and damaged my personal property. Nothing from Avana. Hospital, grocery, shopping, night out, sushi or just walking for fresh air. The staff is incredibly kind and the maintenance team is always ready to work. My first morning in my apartment I got locked out on my second story porch for over an hour. I’ve been locked out twice to a faulty lock system. That was never fixed. Verified Renter It’s a pretty good community. They have a lot of community events. The parking lot and spots are very tiny. You get dinged all the time. We had expensive parts stolen from our car. The pool is small but has a hot tub. The fitness center is pretty good.
