Eviction on my... (Verified Renter) Eviction on my record because I wanted to move. I did not feel safe. I think it was unfair. Not only was my block dangerous with drive by shooting. Fighting with knives and communicating threats. On top of several 911 calls. I know it's not Sardis fault but I wanted out. I have grandkids to think of also. Then the rent was raised over $200 at one time. I'm gonna talk to a lawyer about it.

I have had some minor maintenance issues and the team has always been timely to resolve and make every transaction seamless.
