The team is super efficient, maintenance is fast and always a lifesaver, and the office does little things to let us know they care such as painting events, yoga classes, they even did a virtual bingo during covid! They keep it fun and they really care! I love my kitchen and my hardwood floors! The appliances are up to date and everyone loves a double sink! Verified Renter Sardis was cool for my tranistion down here from NJ but I feel like they half fix things just to shut the tenant up and the bugs are sickening. Even with treatment its still bugs.
