Verified Renter The Cortland Bermuda Lake community is a somewhat like living in a peaceful retreat. The community is mostly quiet and neighbors are friendly. It has a great balance of nature and convenience. Although it is not convenient walk to shops and stores, there is an abundance of those within a three mile radius and the highway as a plus.

Verified Renter The community is nice, the people are friendly. The workers in the front office always get the job done. When I first arrived they attended to my needs and made sure that I was approved and comfortable.
Verified Renter The community is wonderful and its very well kept. The maintenance has been quick with everything. My apartment looks completely different from when the past tenants left.
Verified Renter Sophie did a wonderful job making the transition to cascade Apartments smooth and easy. She was able to answer all my questions, timely, and efficiently whenever I needed anything I was able to call her and she was able to quickly help out. I highly suggest this community and if you ever plan on joining Cascades ask for Sophi, she will help your move-in process to be seamless.
Verified Renter There is very little insulation between apartments resulting every noise being transferred. Nonresidents fill the parking lot and litter is consistently present.
