Verified Renter It’s a pretty good community. It’s quite most days. The parking situation could be better. I was getting a company car and was told I could not get/purchase another parking pass and that I would have to get a garage which wouldn’t even be anywhere near my apartment and cost an extra $150 a month.

Verified Renter Sunbury ridge is a great apartment complex. The leasing and maintenance teams are phenomenal. The location is close to a lot of attractions and near major highways. There are also two trails right outside the complex which is nice to have. The pool is always clean and ready to use in the summer months. I have been here 3 years and I enjoy living here a lot.
5 Stars I had the pleasure of touring Cortland recently and can’t think of a single reason for it not to get 5 stars. The community is clearly well maintained and the apartments are beautiful. I’ve looked at many apartment communities in the area and Paola is by far the kindest and most knowledgeable leasing agent I have worked with. It is clear that Cortland holds themselves to a high standard and lives up to it!
Verified Renter Overall great interaction with staff! Property is clean ! We recently went and took a tour and the property was absolutely fabulous. Everything was clean and the staff was over friendly. The pools and the gym looks amazing. Can’t wait to use both!
