Terrible Management I woke up today to find my car was towed. First I was not in a parking spot but I was also NOT parked in a no parking zone. The parking here is ridiculous and people park all types of ways, so I was shocked to see my car being towed. There was no notification so I had to call the police ( I thought it was stolen) . The police informed me it had been towed. The reason I'm disappointed in the complex is because I have raised parking concerns before due to limited parking. Hello Nicole, We regret to hear that your car was towed, however as you stated, you were not in a parking spot. Any vehicle that is parked outside of a designated parking spot is parked illegally. This can be a hazard especially if emergency vehicles were needed in the community. While we do issue warning stickers prior to being towed for issues such as if a vehicle is inoperable, if the vehicle is not in a parking space at all that necessitates immediate removal. Verified Renter Our experience at Sardis Place has been a positive one. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and address any concerns you might have in a timely manner. The section of the complex we live in is quiet. Parking can become a bit of a problem at times. Although we like living here, the apartments are old. In spite of the upgrades the apartments show their age. There was an issue with package delivery but the complex installed a new efficient mail room which has solved the package problem. Verified Renter Many times when an apartment is advertised online or otherwise, sometimes you don't really get what's advertised. I must say that I was skeptical at first then as time went by I see that the community was accurately advertised and I would definitely recommend to others. I can say with certainty that I feel at home.

Verified Renter This apartment community, as far as aesthetics, is not a bad place to live. The office staff, however, are not good at answering phones, returning calls, or answering messages from the app. If you choose this community, make sure you ask the office about any neighbors with large dogs possibly living above you. It literally sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling! This can be very overwhelming at times.

Do not move here Recently moved here and my experience has been absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone!!! Upon moving in our unit smelled really bad. We had to buy a lot of stuff to get the smell to go away. You can tell they tried to update a few things but rushed with the job and did it very poorly. We have paint splattered on some parts of our floors and paint was chipping on some parts of the walls. Communication was terrible and we had to call corporate just to hear back and get responses. Verified Renter I am unhappy at Sardis Place. I usually roll with the punches and make the best however becoming a resident was big mistake. Move in cleanliness was disgusting, unfulfilled promises of repair, maintenance tickets closed out as if they were completed. I could rant for a while. I am really unhappy with my move in experience here look forward to moving once the lease is up.

Just got Apartment Communication is terrible! No one ever answers the phone! Alice is terrible when it comes to responding or getting back to you and is one of the main reason I want my money back for any applications !!
