Sardis place of Matthews During Spring break I fell in love with the city of Charlotte, how ever it is to pricey for my income. So I decide to move into something similar and affordable in the near by city (Matthews NC). I fell in love with Sardis place due to there newly renovation and updated to there community. Well worth it!! I spent weeks looking online for apartments in the area I was relocating too. Once I actually got here I saw the apartments, this was hands down my first choice. The apartment is spacious, fairly modern, well priced, and the complex has a lot of amenities. Before I moved in a new management company took over and began renovations in apartments and to the many amenities which is always a good thing. This apartment is one of the better ones in the area and is located in a very convenient place.
Used to be okay for the price When I moved in a little over 2 years ago, this apartment was decent for the area and price. Maintenance was decent, and management was okay. My main complaint was the frequent (3-6 times a year, minimum) occurrences of shutting off water to the whole complex for the day. Then, shortly after I renewed my lease this spring, there was a change of management companies.
