They need better... (Verified Renter) They need better upgrades. You canâ t just install granite countertops and raise the rent through the roof for a cardboard box.

When I came... (Verified Renter) When I came to Sardis place I didn't know what to expect because I needed to move right away. When I met Eddie he was very helpful and kind. He made the transition very easy for my kids and I. Great place.

My intentions were... (Verified Renter) My intentions were not to make any actual moves as in making the decision to choose Sardis Place to move in to.That day i was just walking in to take a lot at the apartments and go see other places as well and then deciding which place best fit my needs.But surprisingly i did not need to think about going anywhere else, if it wasn't for Leasing Agent Eddie. Wrong Pictures, wrong info My husband and I are relocating out of state to Charlotte, NC. so I rely on the pics/tours each Apartment Community displays. After viewing hundreds of listings I narrowed down my search and started calling for details. The representative told me that NONE of the units have non-carpet floors in the living room. I mentioned the pictures showing the hardwood floors (also listed under living space) and he just repeated that ALL of the units have CARPET in the living room NOT wood floors. Gorgeous, pricey, gorgeous, and convienent When I moved in 8 months ago, I was amazed at how beautiful my apartment was. It is freshly renovated and has all the bells and whistles. Initially, I kept having small issues, but found that it was largely due to the renovation part (plaster in the drain). At the same time, I could always count on maintenance to show up no later than a day later. Great Apartment Complex!! I have been living at Sardis Place in Matthews for about 8 months so far, and I really enjoy being here. My one bedroom is very spacious and comfortable, with all that I need to feel at home. The staff is great - very friendly and responsive to the resident's needs. Maintenance requests are attended to very quickly. The grounds are well kept and clean. The complex is well run and I feel safe here. The location is very convenient to all kinds of shopping. All in all, it's a very nice place to live.

Lovely area, Bit Gentrified I've lived here for about two years now and really love my neighbors, area, and the management team. The complex is currently undergoing renovations of all the apartments interiors. This is great, but means rent is going up a lot. Our apartment is pre-renovation. It's nice, save for the kitchen which is obviously quite old. The safety, quiet, and great management team make up for it, though.

Totally worth it This complex has beautiful spacious apartments and recent renovations are making them more modern. Conveniently located near everything on E Independence Blvd. Super friendly staff and the amenities are decent.
