I do like... (Verified Renter) I do like living at Sardis Place a lot now that my washer was replaced and the toilet fixed( all done within several days of reporting to maintance team), I feel better as a renter! However, I chose Sardis place because of the two pools! We all have to share one!

Every time I looked up, there was something new that needed to be changed. The front office does not communicate that well with each other or the current residents.

(Verified Renter) Ive been there for two months and I just really wish there was no roaches...my two daughters and I are terrified...I hate that every time we turn on the lights in our apartment we have to brace ourselves because we are not sure how many roaches we will be and the size of them are incredible.
