Maintenance and management don't care Maintenance issues take a really long time to get fixed. I've been waiting for a functional dishwasher since I moved in September 2024, the mailboxes don't lock, there are holes in the wood walkway outside my front door.

Verified Renter If you want a place to play music at ridiculously loud volumes, people speeding through parking lots, the most inconsiderate neighbors, people screaming in the halls and doors slamming all day and night every day then this is the place you want to live. I would never suggest anyone to live here personally. Staff is friendly and issues with your place gets taken care of quickly but that's the only redeeming quality. For the price you pay here is not worth your time
