Unfortunately we move in and are now witnessing several different bugs everywhere, the bathtubs are not tile and are getting mold easily along with the toilets. People don't come out to spray when scheduled. Receiving the neighbors mail in our mailbox. The floors were scratched bad when moving in. The paint job was terrible! Because of the... (Verified Renter) Because of the person who lives over me and the continued smell of marijuana and dog feces and urinating outside my patio and addressing this apartment representatives I am in the process of moving once lease is up.
They don't care... (Verified Renter) They don't care about the urgency of certain repairs, they just want you to pay rent and keep it moving. There are much better apartment homes than this one.
I do like... (Verified Renter) I do like living at Sardis Place a lot now that my washer was replaced and the toilet fixed( all done within several days of reporting to maintance team), I feel better as a renter! However, I chose Sardis place because of the two pools! We all have to share one!

Every time I looked up, there was something new that needed to be changed. The front office does not communicate that well with each other or the current residents.
