I got the worst cut of my life at Santarelli's, ended up having to shave the whole thing off. Went in to get my cut cleaned up, asked for 1.5-2" to be taken off the sides and back mainly, was told it would be a scissor cut. After a few minutes however, there seemed to be a mistake or something and clippers appeared before I could react. Then places kept getting revisited and revisited, trimmed and trimmed again.
