Cowboy plumber, i don’t know if he was drunk when he came, initially gave a really price when he saw my mum but when I came the price changed. Avoid!

Scammer, avoid! He came for a quote, saw a woman alone in a nice flat and decided to charge extra. Looked at the boiler for like 2 seconds, demanded "60, no,no 70£!" for a part and got very unpleasant when I said that I needed to think anbout it and call him back. Demanded that I pay him "35, no 45! " for a call out in that case. I ended up calling british gas that fixed the issue within 1 minute, no spare parts needed.
My elderly and disabled parents have been left devastated and out of pocket by this man. Terrible job. Very expensive and unwilling to rectify the faults.
