Apparently, there are brand new owners and their customer service policy has changed. Previously, we purchased all of the chemicals for our 2016 spa from Sandollar and had it professionally drained and winterized by them. We were always happy with their friendly, efficient service. We had an appointment this year for winterizing, but were called this week and told that the new owners would no longer service our spa, since we had not originally purchased it there.
