RecommendedOur first Hot Spring (aria) was delivered yesterday and ahead of the expected delivery date! From our initial call to walking into the store and delivery, the service has been awesome. We had many questions which were all answered and the install was not a drop and go. They stay until the tub is up and running (minus chemicals). Highly recommended!
RecommendedThere is customer service, and then there is going way beyond,, and Charlie in service went way above and beyond.. First of all he answered his phone,, and then got right out to us. He was there at 730pm at night to fix the tub, and even had the part in his van!!!! Charlie and Sandollar thank you so much for being the best

RecommendedOur Hot Tub arrived today, 😁 Was very impressed with the service we received from the delivery guys. They answered all our questions and gave us tons of advice. They did a great job setting up our tub, we are very happy. Chris the sales manger was great! He kept us up to date on when our tub was arriving and got us on the schedule for delivery as soon as was possible. I truly can recommend Sandollar Spa to anyone who might be on the fence of where to go. I can’t wait to get in once up to temperature! 😁
RecommendedShout out to Charlie at Sand Dollar Spa and Pool. He was able to come over to my home and do the repair on sight saving me big bucks. He was informative and helpful. Charlie event took the water sample with him and emailed me the results. This saved me a trip the next day and allowing me to get on top of the chemicals so that I could enjoy the spa the following evening. Thank you Charlie and the team at Sand Dollar.
I just stopped by the Brewer Maine location looking for a replacement vacuum head for my sand filter pump. Before I could pick out what I needed the young gentleman manning the floor asked me what type of pool I had. I told him an INTEX at which time he said none of the vacuum heads would work as the Intex was not powerful enough. I tried to let him know I had an aftermarket Sand filter pump capable of a pool 3X the size of what I have and been vacuuming it for eight years but he said it didn’t matter. RecommendedWe bought a 18' above ground from Sandollar. From the moment i walked in with lots of questions, from the time i picked up my pool and installation everything was a breeze. i dealt with different employees and each and everyone of them where able to answer all of my questions. we installed ourselves as they are booked for this season.
