Will never return, two trips ago they fixed an issue, was twice the price of my mechanic and left tools in my 4Runner. Most recently had a window issue, was quoted 2500 and guess what, my guy fixed it for 700. Go else where!
I've bought 4 cars from SMT and Jason Shanks was by far my favorite salesman. He sold me my 2020 Toyota Corolla with Apple play and I couldn't be happier. I told him what I wanted and he did all the work. All I had to do was show up and within an hour, I was driving my new car home. They've always been so easy to deal with which is why I've only ever bought from them since 2006! I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
Terrible service! I called the day before to make sure they had me down for my free oil change because last time I went they couldn’t do it cause the power was out so the lady tells me yes I still have a free oil change I take the day off get there and they try to charge me 80$ for the oil change apparently I was lied to or they just can’t get anything right ether way It’s bad Business and a waste of my day!! The bad thing is everyone there was blaming each other!
