Took my son out preapproved with his own financing on a 2015 RAV4 after receiving price from Manny over the phone. Get there and the finance dept wants to add paint protection and other unwanted items totaling $2000. Told them we didn’t want the extras and they wouldn’t sell the car for asking price. The people in finance think they have to make money on every deal. Don’t advertise a price then try and jack it up with unwanted crap.
I JUST CALL TO BUY A CAR THE WAS ADVERTISED IN CARGURUS , 2020 RAV4 , AND THE PRICE IS 28,932, THEY TOLD ME THE I CANT BUY THAT CAR AT THAT PRICE IF I DON'T FINANCE WITH THEM DON'T ADVERTISE, OR PUT IN YOUR ADVERTISING THE NOTES!!!!! OOH AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR TINT WINDOWS, THE CAR IN THE PICTURES DON'T HAVE TINTED WINDOWS AND THEY TOLD ME ALL!!!! THEIR VEHICLES THEY TINT THE WINDOWS AND MANY EXTRAS TO CHARGE YOU MORE!!! Yesterday my mother and brother went to buy a car. The salesman that greeted them and helped them the first time Emannuel was extremely rude and condescending .
