Leasing or buying a car is a process that most people dread. Before working with the San Marcos Toyota dealership I worked with a few other dealers and the experience wasn’t the best or most transparent. I worked with Paul and Big Mike from the Internet Sales department, and they were the most friendly and straight forward people to work with.
The service light in my Sienna prompted me to go into the dealership. I arrived without an appointment so was prepared to wait. Dustin Dauer helped me and got my van into the service department right away. The problem turned out to be a minor so they fixed it right away. Prompt~ efficient~ sincere service! Well done!
I get in and out quickly, usually about 30 minutes for scheduled maintenance. Guy is usually the one who takes care of my car. He is very professional and explains things so that I can understand. Service Dept is great too! I trust the work to be done right. Plus I bought my RAV 4 from you in 2014 and love it! Thanks all of you! ❤️
We were on vacation in San Marcos for the fourth, shopping and going to Schlitterbahn and tubing while there. On the fourth my engine light and TRAC off light came on. On the 5th, I brought it in, they troubleshot the problem and turned out to be 2 bad tires on the front. They got me fixed up so I could get back to my family and continue my vacation. They did a great job and every employee I talked to was very friendly. Gregory was my service advisor and he was real nice to deal with.
McKay did a great job. He took my car and within a few minutes, the service was complete. I highly recommend San Marcos Toyota for all your Toyota service needs.
Great people, easy to work with, no hassle!
Took my 2019 Tundra for a manufacturer’s recall repair. Was greeted promptly at courteously upon arrival and that the service would take about two hours. Less than an hour later the repair was made and I was on my way. I’ve had nothing less than exceptional service from San Marcos Toyota!
