Very professional & courteous staff. Owe my life to God & Toyota! Other driver left their lane & the engine ended up where my passenger seat used to be! I spent 35 days in the hospital, happy to be alive! Immediately replaced my 2014 Toyota Corolla with a 2018 Toyota Corolla! VERY SATISFIED!
Was never treated so poorly, horrible customer service. Took cars in front of me and took over one hour. Cars came in and left and we were still waiting, service was for a 15,000 warranty work. Not even sure work was done, they said they rotated tires and that was not done, so who knows. Won’t go back ever again, if you don’t trust a company to do what their supposed to do.
Friendly helpful staff, keeps you updated with the status of your vehicle through text messages. I’ll continue doing my business with them.

Great service, I always go to the San Marcos location. They’re quick alsways get me in and out even on a busy day.
Warranty service for my 15,000 mile service was picture perfect. Pulled up at 1:30 PM and no wait. Total service time was less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Folks were super friendly and I will continue to come back for service. Thanks again for the GREAT job 👍.
Efficiency, knowledge, expertise, courtesy, friendliness. Calling dealership, making appointment, and service handled well. Service advisor this time was Bryan.
The service department is great. I was greeted by Gary who very politely asked me to stay by my car and someone would be by soon to help me. He was very nice. Guy took very good care of my car and kept me updated on the progress. I would totally recommend San Marcos Toyota.
