Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted on the service drive by McKay Adamson. He checked my vehicle in and directed me to the customer lounge in the dealership. He stated the oil change and tire rotation would take about 1 hour. He returned and explained all of the items on the multipoint inspection. He walked me to the cashier and I was on my way to work in less than an hour. The cashier was friendly and thanked me for my business.
