Service department is very slow. Made an appt for service and had to wait as if I just showed up. 2 hours and still counting. I guess if you want service just show up early. Dont depend on the app to schedule an appt. The service guys seem understaffed also and need help for sure. It took me 20 min to just get greeted. As far as sales, it took as 3 months to work out a deal. It was quick to buy the car.
Bad experience. 5k was added without me realizing the total loan amount.
