i really don't know what the deal was today but i'm not coming back again for anything. as much as i love toyotas i'm fine with driving an hour or more to not deal with this particular dealership again.

The dealership sent me an online quote for a Tundra but then added well over $2000 of undisclosed “dealership packages” when I drove down to purchase the vehicle. The salesman told me that this was “standard practice” I informed him that I have purchased several new vehicles at Toyota dealerships and that this kind of business is not the standard. Ultimately they refused to honor the original quote so I left. They lack integrity, honesty and respect.
